How does the process work?

Working with Trusted Boilers starts with getting in touch, after which we may organise a video survey to fully understand your needs and the layout of your home. We will then provide you with a quote and give you a choice about what actions to take next. For installations, one of our engineers will visit your home and talk through the materials and processes first. We will then order everything in, install it, test it, and sign it off when you are completely satisfied.

Our story

The company was founded in 2016 by our director and senior engineer Eric Saayeng. Eric brings over 15 years industry experience to the table, having started his career with British Gas in 2008, before moving into management in 2013, and subsequently progressing to start his own business.

Over the past eight years, we have expanded our operations with partnerships with the UK’s leading boiler and gas appliance brands.

We are proud to offer competitively priced combi boilers and system boilers for all types of domestic property, with a long service life and strong energy efficiency rating.

Brands we install

Trusted Boilers are gas and heating experts, not plumbers. Our technicians are experts in heating system design and troubleshooting, can identify faults, resolve pressure problems, inefficiencies and leaks, and are qualified to work on boilers of various types so they operate safely and efficiently.

Our heating engineers are all Gas Safe registered for working safely with gas appliances.

Plumbers have a different focus, and are primarily trained to deal with the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems, such as pipes, fixtures, fittings, and drainage systems. There is some overlap between plumbing and heating services, and some individuals are trained in both fields, but in general, if you have an issue with your boiler, call us, whereas if you have a problem with your water supply pipes, call a plumber.

If there is an issue with your radiators, this is linked to your central heating, please call us and we will advise on whether we can help. This would typically be a call to us rather than a plumber as radiators would be central heating and associated pipework.

Area of operation: We cover a wide area of South London approximately 7 miles from our service base, including Croydon, Banstead, Epsom, Sutton, Kingston, Wimbledon and Coulsdon.
