One of our skilled technicians will visit your home to assess your boiler’s condition and provide an estimate for the service required.

At the agreed time, the engineer will attend to your boiler, arriving on site with any parts and equipment needed. How long it takes will depend on the type of boiler you have and the work required, but a service typically takes around an hour, and a new boiler can normally be installed within half a day.

Once the service is completed, we will send you an electronic service record and invoice for your records and warranty purposes.

For all boiler services, we follow a thorough, standardised process to ensure your boiler is in optimal working condition, and that any issues are correctly identified and resolved. Our process includes:

Our boiler repairing process

If your boiler requires repairs, we have you covered. Our comprehensive repair service includes:

  • tickOne of our skilled engineers will visit your home as soon as possible – with emergency callouts available.
  • tickTechnical faults are assessed and diagnosed.
  • tickWe will advise you of the parts required to fix the problem and order them on your behalf.
  • tickMany faults can be fixed on the spot with parts that the engineer has in their van. However, if parts need to be ordered, we will arrange to return to your home as quickly as possible to avoid unnecessary disruption.
